GRAY — HARVEST-FEST at the Maine Wildlife Park will offer families games, races and a chipmunk hole crawl from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 13 and 14.

There will also be aquatic harvest races with pumpkins and apples, pumpkin tic-tac-toe and dodging giant spider legs without getting caught.

The park will feature many new games and displays for all ages, autumn snacks and new ways to race and launch a pumpkin.

The park has more than 30 species of native wildlife on display, plus wildlife gardens, nature trails, a fish hatchery and other interactive exhibits and displays. It is open daily from April 15 through Nov. 11 from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Visitors may stay until 6 p.m.

It is located at 56 Game Farm Road off Route 26.

Admission is free for ages 3 and under; $5.50 ages 4-12; $7.50 for adults; and $5.50 for seniors. Groups of 15 or more are $3.50 per person. Family and Community Season Passes are available at mefishwildlife.com.
