JAY — French Falls Park will hold another free concert in the park featuring Cold Blue Steel from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 8. The park is at 28 French Falls Lane, across from Spruce Mountain Middle School.

Cold Blue Steel plays a mix of high-energy classic and modern country music, with a little southern and classic rock.

Bring chairs or a blanket for the lawn. Come early and enjoy a chicken barbecue from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. Meal includes half a barbecue chicken or chicken drumstick, with a choice of potato salad, pasta salad or coleslaw, dinner roll and dessert. Chips and drinks will also be available.

Tickets for the barbecue must be purchased in advance and are available at the Jay Town Office, Otis Federal Credit Union and Spruce Mountain Pharmacy.
