RUMFORD — Funeral services for Mrs. Marjorie “Boots” Raye Milligan, of Greer, S.C., and formerly of the Rumford area, were conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 29, at the Meader & Son Funeral Home, Cremation and Monument Services, 3 Franklin St., Rumford, with Pastor Izzie Radford-Nash officiating. Interment was at the Farrington-Morton Cemetery, Mexico.
