9:07 p.m. The top 10 finishers in the 45th Oxford 250 were: 1. Bubba Pollard; 2. Joey Polewarczyk Jr.; 3. Reid Lanpher; 4. Garrett Hall; 5. Joey Doiron; 6. DJ Shaw; 7. Travis Benjamin; 8. Mike Hopkins; 9. Brandon Barker; 10. Ben Rowe.

8:55 p.m.   Bubba Pollard has won the 45th Oxford 250 in his first attempt. Former winner Joey Polewarczyk Jr. finishes second.

8:53 p.m.  10 to go and Bubba Pollard leads Joey Pole.

8:49 p.m. — Bubba Pollard pulls away on the restart, but Joey Polewarczyk Jr. reels him in. Ben Rowe shuffled back a few spots.

8:48 p.m.  The 10th caution comes out with 20 laps to go. Bubba Pollard and Ben Rowe has separated from the field a bit, with Joey Polewarczyk Jr. leading the next pack.

8:44 p.m.  The race goes back to green with 24 laps to go. Bubba Pollard gets away from Travis Benjamin, and Ben Rowe gets under and away from Benjamin as well.

8:36 p.m.  Before all the cars can even cross the line for the restart another caution comes out for cars spinning in the back. Tim Brackett and Scott McDaniel among them.

8:31 p.m.  Medical personnel have made their way to Glen Luce’s pit area. Luce was limping after getting out of his race car.

8:22 p.m.  Caution No. 8 at lap 224. Glen Luce and Lonny Sommerville turned around in turn 4. Bubba Pollard had checked out from the field a bit.

8:20 p.m. — Travis Benjamin got a jump on the restart, but Bubba Pollard holds the lead at lap 220. Ben Rowe close behind in third, with Garrett Hall and Joey Polewarczyk in tow.

8:16 p.m.  Bubba Pollard passes Travis Benjamin at lap 219, and avoids a turned-around Johnny Clark in turn 4 while racing back to the line. The seventh caution of the race comes out.

8:12 p.mThe race goes back to green with 44 laps to go. Two-time winner Travis Benjamin leads Bubba Pollard and two-time winner Ben Rowe.

8:03 p.m. — Ben Rowe took the lead from Austin Teras, then Travis Benjamin took it from Rowe at lap 205 before the sixth caution came out at lap 206. Bubba Pollard up to second, ahead of Rowe.

8:00 p.m. — Austin Teras leads the field at lap 200 after taking over the lead by staying out during a caution at lap 199. He led Joey Polewarczyk Jr. to the line and held him off on the restart.

7:53 p.m. The fifth caution comes out at lap 199. Joey Polewarczyk Jr.’s lead evaporates. He had a big lead on Ben Rowe, Mike Hopkins, Bubba Pollard and Curtis Gerry.

7:45 p.m.  Joey Pole has passed Garrett Hall for the lead at lap 172.

7:38 p.m. Garrett Hall firmly in the lead at lap 150 after getting back around Jeff Taylor out of a restart at lap 132. Defending winner Curtis Gerry is in fifth.

7:33 p.m. The race is back to green, with Garrett Hall getting around Jeff Taylor out of the restart. Curtis Gerry is up to fifth.

7:30 p.m. The fourth caution comes out at lap 132. Former winner Scott Robbins into the frontstretch wall. Jeff Taylor holds the lead after the previous restart.

7:28 p.m. Race goes back to green, with Jeff Taylor leading the field at lap 129.

7:23 p.m.  Caution out at lap 129. Jeff Taylor being shown as the leader over Garrett Hall, who led all but one of the first 125 laps. Taylor beat him to the line at lap 104. Taylor took the lead just before the caution. Defending winner Curtis Gerry has made his way into the top 10 after starting 34th.

7:14 p.m.  Garrett Hall dominated the first 100 laps, leading them all. Jeff Taylor got close before lap traffic gave Hall some room.

7:02 p.m. Back to green, with Garrett Hall and Jeff Taylor leading the field to the line.

6:57 p.m.   Caution at lap 59. TJ Brackett, who has been going backwards since giving up 2nd to Reid Lanpher, spins at start/finish line. Garrett Hall still leads, with Jeff Taylor up to second.

6:53 p.m. Garrett Hall has led the first 50 laps after starting on the pole, including surviving a restart on lap 40. Reid Lanpher and TJ Brackett have battled for second.

6:51 p.m. The race goes back to green. There are 210 laps to go.

6:47 p.m. The first caution of the race comes out at lap 39. Garrett Hall still in front, with TJ Brackett in second. Reid Lanpher is third, with Jeff Taylor and Travis Benjamin in fourth and fifth, respectively.

6:40 p.m. — Garrett Hall has led the first 20 laps. TJ Brackett in second.

6:35 p.m. The green flag flies, with Garrett Hall and Reid Lanpher leading the field.

5:20 p.m. Defending race winner Curtis Gerry got his car fixed in time for the last-chance qualifier, which he won over Ivan Kaffel. Dennis Spencer Jr. dominated the first half of the 50-lap LCQ, before Kaffel passed him. Gerry took the lead over Kaffel with five laps to go.

3:38 p.mBen Rowe wins Consolation Race #2, followed by Bubba Pollard, Dave Farrington Jr. and Nick Sweet.

3:21 p.m. Ryan Robbins wins Consolation Race #1, followed by Tim Brackett, Ray Christian III and Mike Hopkins. All four advance into the feature.

— Mike Rowe, the ageless wonder and three-time Oxford 250 winner, will have a prime starting spot in the 45th edition of the race.

2:51 p.m.  Travis Barrett from the Kennebec Journal reports that Curtis Gerry has a broken panhard bar on his car.

2:40 p.m. Mike Rowe wins Heat #5, followed by Scott McDaniel, Bryan Kruczek, Joe Squeglia and Tracy Gordon.

2:32 p.m. Johnny Clark wins Heat #4, followed by Austin Teras, Glen Luce, Calvin Rose Jr. and Cassius Clark. Defending race winner Curtis Gerry, who started last, peeled onto pit road on the first lap, and never came back out.

2:22 p.m. TJ Brackett wins Heat #3, followed by Jeff Taylor, Austin Theriault, Brandon Barker and Alan Tardiff.

2:15 p.m. Reid Lanpher wins Heat #2, followed by Travis Benjamin, DJ Shaw, Wyatt Alexander and Kelly Moore.

2:06 p.m. Garrett Hall wins Heat #1, followed by Joey Doiron, Wayne Helliwell Jr., Eddie MacDonald and Joey Polewarczyk Jr.

Here’s the heat lists. Lots of numbers to decipher. Everything will be made more clear when all the heats are over and post-race tech is complete.

1:11 p.m. — There will be five SLM heats, which will follow the North East Mini Stock Tour (NEMST) heats. The top five drivers (assuming they pass post-race technical inspection) will qualify straight into the 250.

12:11 p.m. — Reid Lanpher (#59) fastest in final SLM practice. Curtis Gerry fifth fastest.

11:54 a.m. — SLM final practice underway. The draw is scheduled to take place at 12:15 on the front stretch.

11:44 a.m.  — The Super Late Model (SLM) cars trying to qualify for today’s 45th annual Oxford 250, sponsored this year by Clark’s Scrap Metals, have already completed the first two of three three practices. Garrett Hall (#94) led the first practice, and TJ Brackett (#61) led the second. Defending race winner Curtis Gerry (#7, one of many) was sixth in first practice, and third in second practice.

The third and final practice is scheduled to start at 11:50 and last 20 minutes.
