POLAND — The Poland Spring Preservation Society will be hosting Phil House and Kathy Haley at 6:30 p.m. Monday, Aug. 2, in the All Souls Chapel.

House and Haley have been delighting audiences together or as solo artists at Poland Spring for more than four decades. House is well known as an exceptional pianist, which led him to performances around Maine all the way to Nashville and to faraway places like Vienna, Austria. Today, he is the organist at the First Universalist Church in Auburn. This will be House’s 30th anniversary as a part of the Sunset Concert Series.

Haley started performing as a church organist, pianist and folk singer. She was a singer in the popular band Good and Plenty and the vocal band The Girls of LA. In her retirement, she is the organist/choir director at the Court Street Baptist Church of Auburn and accompanist for the Edward Little High School choral groups.

This will be the last concert of the season. There is no admission fee and ample parking for all. Suggested donation is $5. Water is provided and hot dogs will be for sale.
