LISBON — Rosella Elizabeth Garry-VanOrman, 50, went into our loving father’s embrace at the Denver VA Hospital in Colorado, with family by her side. She lived in Denver for two years with her husband, Jack, and her tried-and-true, furry friend, Tyson.
Rose joined the U.S. Navy at 17 years old, and was stationed on the USS Yellowstone AD-41, where she made lifelong friends that meant the world to her. She traveled extensively in her life, and always had a story to share about her experiences. Life was never boring for this young lady.
