AUBURN — City Council meeting and workshop, 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chamber at Auburn Hall. Workshop agenda includes a presentation of the final report of the Agriculture and Natural Resource Economy ad-hoc committee, which worked in tandem with an outside firm to study Auburn’s vast farmland and the businesses working there.

AUBURN — Marc Black presents a concert and humorous history of ’50s and ’60s music, 4-6 p.m., Auburn Public Library. Black is a recent inductee into the New York Chapter of the Blues Hall of Fame.
