AUBURN — After Augusta tied the game in the top of the sixth inning, Rogers Post scored six in the bottom of the frame, for an 8-2 victory in American Legion baseball action Thursday.

Grant Hartley, who had three singles in the game, drove in the game winning run. Damien St. Pierre followed that up with a two-run single. Tyler Blanchard who also had three hits, had the game’s lone extra base hit, with a double to clear the bases for an 8-2 lead.

Charlie Fay had a two-run single for Augusta (7-6) in the top of the sixth. 

Rogers Post is now 10-4.
