“This is my AC,” Clifford Stephenson said about the hat he wore while working Tuesday in the butternut squash field at the Belanger & Sons Farm in Lewiston. Stephenson said the hat was made for him by his neighbor in Kingston, Jamaica. Stephenson has been spending the summers away from his homeland to work at the Belanger farm for the past 11 years. “My job is to keep the fields clean of weeds.
