LEWISTON — The LA Metro Chamber of Commerce will host a power lunch Wednesday, June 27, on when to call a consultant for expensive business decision.

It’s set from noon to 1 p.m. in the chamber conference room, 415 Lisbon St.

The topic is “Make Money, Save Money, Look Good: When to Call a Consultant.” The presenter is Bill Stone of Promising Futures.

Consulting is a cost effective way to address expensive business problems. Anyone faced with an issue that distracts them from their core activities will benefit from this presentation. Participants will leave with a template for guiding their decision making, from financial considerations, to the long term impact on their organization.

They may need a particular expertise, someone to breathe new life into an organization, identify and clarify problems, be a catalyst for change, teach state of the art skills, or to bring objectivity to those issues that are too close to the heart for the staff to address.

A panel discussion with member consultants of the Association for Consulting Expertise will be held.

There is no cost to attend, but preregistration is requested.
