LISBON — A public turkey supper will be served from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Friday, June 22, at the Odd Fellows Hall, 27 Village St.

Cost is $8 for adults, $3.50 for children age 12 and younger; and pre-school children are free.

GRAY — First Congregational Church, Route 115, is hosting a baked bean supper on Saturday, June 23, at 5 p.m. Cost is $8 for adults, and $4 for children younger than 12.

LISBON — The Methodist Women will serve a public bean supper from 5 to 6 p.m. Saturday, June 23, at the Lisbon United Methodist Church, School Street.

The cost is $8 adults, $3 children ages 6 to 12, free for children younger than 5.

LIVERMORE FALLS — The First Baptist Church will serve its monthly luncheons from 11 a.m. to noon on the fourth Saturday of the month September to June at 25 Church Street.

All are welcome. The church is handicapped-accessible. Cost is free.

POLAND — The Busy Bees and the Excelsior Grange will hold a public bean and casserole supper from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Saturday, June 23, at the Excelsior Grange on Harris Hill Road to benefit Bruce Butler of Poland who lost his uninsured home to fire last winter.

All the proceeds from the supper, including raffles, will go to Butler. 

POLAND — Poland Community Church and Food Bank will host a strawberry festival featuring shakes, shortcakes, pies, cheesecakes, ice cream and more will be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, June 23 at the the Poland Spring Resort, 640 Maine St.

WATERFORD — North Waterford Church will serve a public baked bean supper from 5 to 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 26, on Route 35.

Cost of the all-you-can-eat is $9, and half-price for children younger than 12.
