FARMINGTON — The Mt. Blue High School Class of 2021 will host a community lawn sale from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, June 2, at Mt. Blue High School.
Tables, 18-by-18 feet, are available to rent for $20. MBHS Class of 2021 will rent spaces in the parking lot at the high school for use. They will take care of the advertising.

The sale will include household goods, clothing, children’s toys, books and more.

NEW VINEYARD — The New Vineyard Public Library will hold its annual Black Fly Bash, a flower, vegetable, bake and book sale, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, June 2, at Smith Hall, Main Street.
Lilies will be featured. Those attending can also stock up on “goodies” prepared by local cooks and get books for summer reading. All proceeds benefit the library.

PHILLIPS — A flea market will take place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, June 2, at the Phillips Community House, 31 Main St. Light refreshments will be available.
All proceeds from the sale will benefit the Community House New Furnace Fund. The event is being sponsored by the Phillips Community Church.

RUMFORD — The Rumford Historical Society and the Rumford Grange will host a giant yard sale and craft show from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, June 2.
The yard sale will include a plant sale in addition to other attractions and be held at the Rumford Center community hall.
Diagonally across the street is the Rumford Grange Hall where the craft show will be held. Among the crafters will be an “olde timey soda fountain” with the recipes for the original sodas. Refreshments will be sold.
Home-made ice cream sandwiches and hot dogs will be sold.

SUMNER — The Sumner Fire Department Woman’s Auxiliary will host a yard sale and plant sale from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, June 2, at the Sumner Fire Station, Route 219.
Refreshments will be on sale and there will be a “let’s go camping” raffle. Donations are welcome. All proceeds will go to the fire department.

WAYNE — First Saturday will be held from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, June 2, at Cary Library’s Williams House, 114 Old Winthrop Road. It will include a book sale and “Boutique” Breakfast.
The renovation work will be finished, complete with a reconfigured back hall and bathroom, allowing for a hall closet. The library has received a collection of sheet music and song books of popular music: Rogers and Hart, Jerome Kern and others. It also has a stainless steel fish poacher and vases. There will be cinnamon buns, scones and quiche.

WEST PARIS — The First Universalist Church of West Paris will hold its annual Rhubarb Festival and white elephant sale from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday, June 2, at the church on Main Street.
This event is a tradition, organized by the church’s Goodwill Fellowship. The festival features everything rhubarb, including homemade rhubarb pies, cakes, cookies and more, prepared by church members and friends for this important annual fundraiser.

NORWAY — The Heywood Club of Norway’s annual 7½ Mile Yard Sale will be held rain or shine at 8 a.m. Saturday, June 9, along Pleasant Street, Crockett Ridge Road, Round the Pond Road to the Heywood Clubhouse at the four corners.
Those who live on one of these roads who would like to join in the fun may plan a sale for that day. Donations are welcome and can be dropped off on the porch of the clubhouse. The club will accept anything that will sell, that is clean and works. It will not accepot big appliances, large furniture or clothes.
