New Auburn Seniors postpone dinner
AUBURN — The New Auburn Seniors have rescheduled the spaghetti and meat sauce dinner to Monday, April 23, at the Sacred Heart Church.
Androscoggin County Democrats meeting
LEWISTON — The monthly meeting of the Androscoggin County Democratic Committee will be held at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, April 26, at the Democratic Coordinated Campaign Office, 124 Lisbon St.
The special guest for the meeting will be Zak Ringelstein, educator and former small business owner, who will discuss regional income inequality.
In addition, they will hold an election to fill vacancies remaining in the county delegation to the biennial Democratic State Convention to be held in Lewiston from Friday through Sunday, May 18 to 20. Any registered Democrat in Androscoggin County is eligible to run for one of these positions.

Marine Corps League to hold meeting
LEWISTON — Central Maine Detachment 810, Marine Corps League, will host its monthly meeting at 6 p.m. Thursday, April 26, at the Lewiston Armory, 65 Central Ave.
All Marines, FMF Corpsmen and Navy chaplains are invited. Anyone interested in Marines Helping Veterans is also invited to attend. There is a need for members.
Grange to present service award
AUBURN — Members of Danville Junction Grange will meet for dessert at 6 p.m. Thursday, April 26, at Danville Union Church. The business meeting at 7 p.m. will be preceded by the presentation of the Community Service Award by Community Service Committee Chairwoman Glenys Ryder.
The program will be a presentation by Tanya Vanesse, whose topic will be “IT- Technology.”
Members are reminded to bring donations for PAL and clipped coupons for troops.
All members and guests are welcome.
Cemetery association to elect officers
WALES — The annual spring meeting of the East Wales Cemetery Association is scheduled for 2 p.m. Thursday, April 26, at the Wales Municipal Building.
Anyone owning a lot or anyone who has a family member buried in East Wales Cemetery is eligible for membership.
Directors, secretary and treasurer will be elected for the year.
Neighborhood Watch to meet
AUBURN — The Neighborhood Watch group will meet at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, April 26, at the Sixth Street Congregational Church.
Anyone interested is invited to hear Auburn Police Lt. Anthony Harrington and to express ideas.
