LEWISTON — Lisa C. Patrie, 53, of Mexico, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, April 11, at CMMC following a brief illness.
She was born in Rumford on Nov. 24, 1964, a daughter of Arthur and Mary (Griffith) Patrie.
Lisa was a graduate of Mexico High School Class of 1983 and was also a graduate of University of Maine at Augusta with a degree in nursing.
Lisa was employed as a charge nurse at Pinnacle Rehab & Living Center in Canton.
She loved baseball, watching the Boston Red Sox and was an umpire for the American Softball Association.
Lisa also loved to play bass and was the founding member of the band Hot Flash.
The most important thing in Lisa’s life was spending time with her family and her fur babies.
Surviving are her sister, Naomi Patrie and wife, Donna, of Roxbury; her brother, Douglas Patrie, of Farmington; a nephew, Joshua C. Patrie and wife, Kathleen; great-niece, Acacia Patrie; great-nephew, Carrick Patrie; many cousins; and special friends, Pauline Mailhot, Deb Richard and Lyzah Richard.
She was predeceased by her parents; a sister, Michelle Patrie.
The family wishes to thank the staff in the Intensive Care Unit at CMMC for the wonderful care given to Lisa and the family.
