Ricky, Franklin County Animal Shelter’s Cat of the Week, is seeking his “fur-ever” home. He is a very laid-back guy who loves to hang out on the top of his cat tree. Ricky isn’t super fond of the other cats at the shelter, so he can usually be found sleeping the day away, pretend like they are not here.
