Gaelan Boyle-Wight of Newry, a senior at Telstar Regional High School in Bethel, is the recipient of the 2018 Principal’s Award, sponsored by the Maine Principals’ Association. He will be honored at a special luncheon in Bangor on April 7. “Gaelan exemplifies what Telstar High School wants for all of our students and that is someone who is a leader in the classroom, on the field, at the co-curricular and extra-curricular meetings, and out in the community, Principal Cheryl Lang said. “He is very deserving of this recognition, and I am honored to be recognizing him for his achievements.” (Gaelan Boyle-Wight photo)
