Daughters of Isabella March meeting

RUMFORD — St. Timothy’s Circle 504, Daughters of Isabella, will meet at 6 p.m. Tuesday, March 13, at Holy Savior Church Hall. Chairwomen for the meeting are Terry Umbro and Jean Wiken. Committee members are Jennifer Kreckel, Druscilla Breton and Patricia Hopkins.

Druscilla Breton, a member for 59 years, is the member who will be congratulated for her 25-year-plus membership.

The circle will soon accept applications for its 2018 scholarships. Scholarships are opened to qualified high school seniors who are active in their catholic faith, and living it’s virtues of faith, hope and charity. More information will be available within the next few weeks.

Circle needs workers for supper

JAY — The Daughters of Isabella Circle 677, St. Rose of Lima Parish, will meet at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 14, at the church.

The baked bean supper will be held from 4:30 to 6 p.m. Saturday, March 17, at the parish hall. There will be beans, coleslaw, rolls, biscuits, brown bread, johnny cake and dessert. Volunteers are needed to work at the supper, make pies and bring something for the raffle table.

The annual yard sale will be held on Saturday May 5. Members are looking for ways to raise funds for the international conference.
