It seems that everyone considers an AR-15 rifle to be just an assault weapon. Not true. I have two grandsons, 10 years- and 12-years-old, who shot their first deer with their AR-15 rifles. Both grandsons are of small stature, therefore, their dad started them with the lighter rifles.

No one likes to read about school shootings, but don’t blame it on the firearm. That AR-15 can sit in the gun rack forever and not hurt anyone. It’s when the human factor is added that can then cause problems.

It ain’t what you have, but how you use it.
