LEWISTON — The Lewiston Auburn Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce will present a Professional Development Series seminar from noon to 1 p.m. Friday, March 23, at the chamber conference room, 415 Lisbon St.

“Energy for Performance” will be presented by Steve Beaulieu, Janus Lab, trained presenter, and Salvatore Bonetti, financial adviser, Baystate Financial.

The program translates the idea of “elite performance” from sports into business. Based on 30 years of research by the Human Performance Institute, the program focuses on how to train for peak performance — at work and in life. The workshop provides actionable tools that can be used to manage energy and stress, as well as help build everyday rituals for success.

The fee for is $25 per person for members; $50 per person for nonmembers.
