LEWISTON — Annette R. Beauchesne, 90, of Lewiston peacefully passed away Thursday March 1, 2018, at Montello Manor, with her loving family by her side. She was born in Lewiston on Jan. 3, 1928, the daughter of the late Leon and Gracienne (Couturier) Rousseau. She was educated at Lewiston schools.
She worked at Crest Shoe for many years before retirement. She also enjoyed working for Labbe’s Catering. She married Francis M. Beauchesne on June 3, 1946, and together they raised four children.
Annette enjoyed bus trips with friends, shopping with her girls, sewing and spending time with family. She will be fondly remembered by family and friends as a loving mother, caring Nana and for her unforgettable witty sense of humor.
She is survived by her three children: Ronald Beauchesne of Cumberland; Richard Beauchesne and his wife, Irene, of Lewiston; and Jacqueline Robert of Lewiston. She also leaves behind her eleven grandchildren: Troy Dennis and his wife, Yonglan; Michelle Caron and her husband, John; Karen Charette; Trina Elsman; Chad Beauchesne; Kristy Greco and her husband, Ron; Jenn Beaule and her husband, Zach; Jack and Julia Beauchesne; Stacey Angers and her husband, Matt; and Brian O’Connell and his significant other, Dyan; as well as her 14 great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her loving husband, Francis M. Beauchesne; her daughter, Nancy Dennisher; brother, Leon Rousseau; and her special friend, Lucien Asselin.
