Grangers to hold ‘Music Night’

AUBURN — Members of Danville Junction Grange will meet for dessert at 6 p.m Thursday, March 8, at Danville Union Church. The business meeting will start at 7. The program, “Music Night,” will be presented by Norma Meserve, Gladys Chapman and Louise Roberts.

Members are reminded to bring clipped coupons for troops and donations for PAL. All members and guests are welcome.

Order of Eastern Star to elect officers

AUBURN — Pine Cone Chapter 26, Order of the Eastern Star, will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday, March 8, at the Masonic Hall, 1021 Turner St.

The chapter members will elect officers for 2018-2019 and hear annual reports from the secretary, treasurer and finance committee.

The meeting will be preceded by a pizza party at 6 p.m.

Summer food services for students

LEWISTON — The Lewiston School Nutrition Program is participating in the Summer Food Service Program. Meals will be provided free to children attending school up to age 18. Meals will be the same for all children who are attending summer programs throughout the city.

Those running a summer program for school-age children may be eligible.
