AUBURN — A Taste of Italy will be offered from 5 to 6 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 17, sponsored by the American Legion Post Auxiliary 31, 426 Washington St. North. Doors will open at 3 p.m.

The menu will include stuffed shells, lasagna, cheese ravioli, chop suey, meatballs, salad, garlic bread and homemade desserts. Cost will be $8 and $5.

DIXFIELD — The Dixfield American Legion Auxiliary will host a supper in memory of Richard Roberts, with live music and dancing afterward. The meal will be held from 4:30 to 7 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 17, with music from 6 to 9 p.m.

There will be a variety of soups, biscuits and desserts for $7. Coffee, water, soda and iced tea will be available.

Richard Roberts was a Post member who was in a house fire and died due to complications from his burns. The post is collecting donations in his memory to send to the South Paris Veterans Activities Fund.

NEW GLOUCESTER — A buffet-style bean supper will be served from 5 to 6 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 17, at AMVETS Post 6, Route 100.

OTISFIELD — An Italian dinner fundraiser will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 17, at the Otisfield Community Hall, Route 121. The dinner is free, but donations will be accepted.

Menu will include lasagna, spaghetti, salad and dessert. There will also be a gluten-free option. This is a fundraiser to benefit the Otisfield Children’s Winter Clothing Fund.

There will be baked goods for sale and a few raffle items also. Bifulco is a father, husband, son, teacher and friend.
