NORWAY — With her family by her side Virginia left this life peacefully on Friday, Jan. 26. She was born Nov. 5, 1922, the daughter of Prince Harold and Ethel Doris Bumpus Cash.

She attended school in Otisfield and married George H. Chesley on June 1, 1941. They made their life in Oxford. She loved life, swimming, dancing, sewing, crafts and spending time with her family.

Virginia is survived by her children, William Chesley and his wife, Rosemary, Dennis Chesley and his wife, Susan, and Eulalie Buswell and her husband, Paul; a son-in-law, Richard Leland; grandchildren, Alton Chesley and his fiancée Theresa Sessions, Kimberly Beardsley and her husband Dana, Richard Leland, Melissa Burda, Tara Chesley, Christopher Chesley, Jessica Chesley, Walter Hopkins, Tanya Marden and Amy Marden; many great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; her brother, Linwood R. Cash; and her sister, Sandra Page.

She was predeceased by her husband; daughters, Juanita and Shirley; granddaughters, Juanita and Hope; grandsons, Robert and Dennis Jr.; brothers, John, Richard and Earl; and sisters, Arlene and Ethlyn.
