LEWISTON — As part of its Personal and Professional Development Series, Uplift LA is offering Stories That Uplift at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 22, at Sidecar at Fuel, 49 Lisbon St.

Community leaders will answer questions such as: What brought you to the Lewiston-Auburn area? What are you doing to shape our community? What drives you?

Through brief, personal stories, the speakers will have a chance to shine a spotlight on the amazing work they do here every day. There is no better time than the start of a new year to get inspired and to think about the difference a person can make in the community.
