AUBURN — Susanne Alice Trumble, 74, of Auburn, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 10, at the Androscoggin Hospice House in Auburn.

She was born in Lewiston, the daughter of the late Anthony and Alma (Dubois) Brissette. Susanne married Henry W. Trumble in Italy in 1960. She had a great love of learning and continued her education through her entire life. Susanne received her master’s degree from Kaplan University at the age of 72 and was a professor at Kaplan University where she enjoyed sharing her love of education with all of her students. A perfect day for Susanne was having her entire family at home.

Susanne is survived by her husband of 57 years: Henry Trumble, three children: Beverly Trumble, Henry Trumble Jr. and Anthony Trumble, 11 grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren, as well as her dear friends and cousins, Terry Michaud and Don Hamel.

The family would like to thank the staff at M-1 and T-3 at CMMC and the staff at the Androscoggin Hospice House for the loving care they all provided for Susanne during her illness.
