Eli Patrick Milligan is the first baby of 2018 to be born at Rumford Hospital, according to a hospital spokeswoman. Eli arrived at 1:22 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 9. He weighed 7 pounds, 12.8 ounces. His parents are Kaylin Milligan and John Vanboskirk of Rumford. and his brother is Oliver, 4. Maternal grandparents are Karin Dixon of Bethel and Phil Milligan of Andover; paternal grandmother is Patty Martin of Bethel.
