FARMINGTON — Henderson Memorial Baptist and Summit Faith Churches will share a Christmas Eve candlelight service at 7 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 24.
The Readings and Carols service will be accompanied by Nativity artwork on screen. The choir will sing “Hark! How the Angels Sing Gloria!” The congregation will share the light of Christ’s birth from candle to candle, as all sing “Silent Night.”
A special offering will be received for the Western Maine Homeless Outreach Shelter; checks may be payable to WMHO.
Pastors Susan Crane and Ryan Goding welcome the community. The church building is located at 110 Academy St.

MECHANIC FALLS — Anglican Church of the Transfiguration will have a Christmas service with communion at 10 a.m. Monday, Dec. 25, at 64 Elm St.
Because Christmas Eve is a Sunday, there will be no evening Christmas Eve service. The last Sunday in Advent will be observed at 10 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 24.

WILTON — St. Luke’s Episcopal Church will offer two services on Christmas Eve with the Rev. Suzanne Cole presiding.
Fourth Sunday of Advent Communion service will be at 9:30 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 24, and a Christmas Eve Communion service will be at 5:30 p.m. The Christmas Eve Service will include a nativity play, traditional hymns and candlelight.

WILTON — The Wilton United Methodist Church will have a Christmas service at 11 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 24, during the regular service.
The church will have a Christmas Eve candlelight service at 5 p.m. Cookies and punch will be served after the service.
The Christmas day service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, Dec. 25.
The Prince of Peace Children’s Choir will sing for Christmas Eve Mass at 4 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 24, at the Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul in Lewiston. A program of choral selections and carol singing will begin at 3:30 p.m.
