Here it is — the month of November. The days and nights are filled with songs of Christmas. Merchants want the shopping public to shop early for holiday gifts of brightly colored clothes and toys for family and friends, reminding folks that most of the electronics are new and improved. People should take advantage of the great sales before they run out and shoppers get left behind.
Why don’t we just skip the month of November and Thanksgiving? No time for family get-togethers — Mom has to work that day, Johnny has a game and it is dad’s last day of hunting.
Why not make December 61 days?
Does that sound like being ungrateful for what we have?
