FARMINGTON — Old South First Congregational Church will serve its monthly free community luncheon at noon on Saturday, Nov. 11.

The menu for this month includes hot turkey sandwiches, mashed potatoes, stuffing, peas and cake.

HARRISON — The Harrison VFW annual Veteran’s Day ham supper will be served free for all who served in the military on Saturday, Nov. 11.

A social hour will be held from 4 to 5 p.m. and the ham supper from 5 to 6.

INDUSTRY — A ham dinner will be served from 4:30 to 6 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 11, at the Industry Town Hall.

LEWISTON — The Calvary United Methodist Church, 59 Sabattus St. will have its monthly bean supper at 4:45 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 11, using the Bartlett Street entrance.

Future suppers will be held Saturdays, Dec. 9, Jan. 13, Feb. 10, March 10, April 14 and May 12.

Cost: $8 for adults; $3 per child up to the age of 8.

LISBON FALLS — A turkey supper with all the fixings will be held from 4:45 to 6 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 11, at the Holy Trinity Church Parish Hall, 67 Frost Hill Ave.

NORWAY — Bolsters Mills United Methodist Church and Norway Grange will now serve the free community breakfasts at the American Legion across from Rowe the School, Main Street. Time will remain 8 to 9 a.m. Saturdays.

OTISFIELD — A baked haddock community supper will be held from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 11, at the East Otisfield Free Baptist Church.

The menu will include baked haddock, roasted vegetables with kielbasa, peas, rolls and brownies. Various beverages will be available. The meal is free, but donations will be accepted and will support church activities.

The church is located on the Rayville Road a mile from Route 121.

OTISFIELD — A free community lunch with roast turkey will be held from 11:30 to 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 15, at the Community Hall, 292 Route 121. Those attending should note the change of time.

WATERFORD — The Wilkins House’s community potluck supper will be served at 6 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 16, at the meetinghouse, 15 Plummer Hill Road beside the Waterfod Congregational Church.

Suppers will continue on the third Thursday of the month through May, excluding December.

Those attending should bring a dish to share. Everyone is welcome.

WEST PARIS — The First Universalist Church of West Paris will host the annual chicken pie supper at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 16. A second seating will be held around 6:30 p.m. Tickets will go on sale at the door starting at 4:30.

Raffle tickets will also be sold for a handmade scrappy quilt, crocheted afghan, an oil change and a $25 gift card. Tickets are $1 each, a book of six for $5. The winners will be announced the evening of the supper and do not have to be present to win.

Cost: $10 for age 13 and older; $5 for ages 5 to 12; free, children 4 and younger.
