Buckfield took a three-goal lead in the opening 20 minutes and hung on to topple Temple, 3-2, in the teams’ Class D South semifinal. Victor Verrill had a pair of goals for the Bucks, while Jackson had one. No. 2 Buckfield will face No. 1 Richmond for the Class D South regional title at 4 p.m. Thursday at McMann Field in Bath.
