BETHEL — Three public hearings — one on the proposed SAD 44 cost-sharing formula change and two on Bethel town issues — will take place Monday, Oct. 30, at the Telstar Regional High School auditorium, beginning at 6:30 p.m.

The SAD 44 issue will lead off, followed by municipal hearings on proposed changes to the town’s commercial wind ordinance and on a request for authorization for selectmen to dispose of the former West Bethel Children’s Center building.
