LEWISTON — Minnie L. Seigle, 86, died Wednesday, Oct. 18, at Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston, surrounded by her family. She was a resident of Waldo Street in Rumford.
Born in Wilton on Feb. 1, 1931, she was a daughter of James and Minnie (Coffin) Eaton. She attended local schools. Minnie loved music, beano, watching television, using her Kindle and crafts. Anyone who ever met our mother loved her.
She was married in Rumford on March 18, 1949, to Henry M. Seigle, who died in Lewiston on June 20, 2007.
She is survived by her four children, Richard and Rosanna Seigle of Rumford and their two children, Chad Lavery and Kiya Seigle, Sharon and Richard Platz of Columbus, Ga., and their two children, Heidi and Rick, Famah Baron of Rumford and her three children, Mark, Max and Amanda Fowler, Michele and Wade Henderson of Rumford and their three children, Richard, Rachel and Nathan Henderson; many great-grandchildren; a brother, Cony Eaton and his wife, Beverly of Georgia. She was predeceased by her parents; husband; four brothers; and one sister.
