STANDISH — The Schoolhouse Arts Center announces the cast for the fall 2017 production of “Dracula.”
The Schoolhouse Arts Center is proud to announce its cast for the fall 2017 production of “Dracula.” This show is directed by Danny Gay and assistant directed by Chris Roberts, both board members and avid thespians of the theatre.
Lucy Seward (Alexa Goodine), whose father (Ben Macri) is the doctor in charge of an English sanitorium, has been attacked by some mysterious illness. Dr. Van Helsing (Dan Allard), a specialist, believes that the girl is the victim of a vampire, a sort of ghost that goes about at night sucking blood from its victims. The vampire is at last found to be a certain Count Dracula (Tom Ferent), whose ghost is at last laid to rest in a striking and novel manner.
Performances of “Dracula” are on Oct. 6 through Oct. 15. On Fridays and Saturdays the curtain time is 7:30 p.m., and Sunday matinees start at 2 p.m. The Schoolhouse Arts Center is at 16 Richville Rd, Standish.
