The Oasis of Music at Trinity Church in Lewiston continues from 12:30 to 1 p.m., this Wednesday, Sept. 20, as singer and multi-instrumentalist Stan Davis returns. Davis plays and sings a mix of traditional and original songs–from the blues to lyrical hymns about modern country life. He weaves storytelling, beautiful intricate guitar playing, and evocative lyrics full of poetic imagery.  While giving a solo performance at the Oasis, he also plays in the duo Hurry Down Sunshine, and in a four-piece band Some Assembly Required.  More information on Davis is available at standavismusic.com.
