SWANZEY, N.H. — Andrew Winfield Stevens, 43, of Swanzey, N.H., formerly of East Wilton, passed away on Saturday, Aug. 12.
He was born on Nov. 17, 1973, in Southampton, Long Island, N.Y., the son of Karen Stevens-King, Florida and Joe Stevens, New York. He was a self-employed carpenter.
He enjoyed his work working on his house and car and mowing the lawn. He enjoyed music, taking photos of nature, buildings and interesting vistas, the New England Patriots, the Boston Red Sox and hiking. In his youth, he was an avid downhill skier (Titcomb ski slope) and loved to swim and ride his bike to the lake.
He is survived by his longtime companion, Meghan Stack, Swanzey, N.H.; his sons, Farren Winfield Davis, Dezmond Stevens, Malachi Stack, Nathan Stack; his siblings, Ron Stevens, Florida, Jackie Stevens (Jamie), Florida, Becky Stevens-Robinson (David), Tennessee; his nieces and nephews, Katie Theriault, Anna Mobley, Patrick Riley, Matthew Riley, Amanda Riley; his aunt, Sandi Genoino (Gabe), New York; his uncle, John Williams (Debbie), North Carolina; his many cousins; his many close friends; and his Stack family, Robert and Barbara Stack, and Joellyn Stack and Katelyn Stack, all of New Hampshire, and all their families.
