The Maine Friends of Music “Baroque and Beyond” summer season will include four concerts. Members of the ensemble are Mary Sullivan, soprano; Linda Brunner, flute; David DeBolt, bassoon; Sean Fleming, harpsichord and piano; and this summer’s special guest, Claire Pradel, professor of harpsichord and piano, Conservatoire Jean Philippe Rameau, Paris. Their program spans four centuries, including music by Boismortier, Scarlatti, Poulenc, Hoover, Mozart, Larsen and PDQ Bach. This mid-coast favorite group will perform at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 25, at the Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul, Lewiston; at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 26, at Montpelier, the Henry Knox Museum, Thomaston; at 7 p.m. Thursday, July 27, at Schooner Cove, Damariscotta; and at 3 p.m. Sunday, July 30, at The Union Church, South Bristol. The Lewiston, Damariscotta, and South Bristol concerts are free, with donations accepted at Lewiston and South Bristol. General admission at Montpelier is $12.
