Kimberly Wallingford and Henry MacVane

MINOT — Jim and Louise Wallingford of Minot are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Kimberly Wallingford, to Henry MacVane, son of Thomas and Kim MacVane of Long Island.

Miss Wallingford just completed her doctorate in physical therapy in May from the University of Vermont. She is working as a physical therapist at Alliance PT in Portland.

Mr. MacVane is employed as a lobsterman year round out of Long Island. He also works as an elver fisherman in the spring.

The wedding will be held at 4 p.m. on Sept. 9 in Long Island.
