AUBURN — Skelton Taintor & Abbott shareholder Rebecca Webber will be a presenter at the 3rd Annual Municipal HR & Management Conference on June 15 at Thomas College in Waterville.

The conference is presented by the Maine Municipal Association in cooperation with the Maine Local Government Human Resources Association.

In Webber’s hourlong session, Building a Discrimination-Free Work Environment, she will address issues of age, religion and gender, as well as other forms of discrimination that are concerns for municipal employers. She will discuss how employers can build a “discrimination free” environment, with a particular focus on the challenges involving older workers.

Webber, who has earned the preeminent AV-rating from Martindale-Hubbell, is a sought-after presenter at seminars and conferences on subjects related to employment law.
