I was brought up to live by The Golden Rule, or, as a famous person once said, “Love one another as I have loved you.”

What does that really mean? All I see around me is too much competition, too much of people blaming others, too much fear, selfishness, etc.

The true function of government, as I understand it, is to do for people what they cannot do for themselves. Instead, I see the government doing everything it can to keep people in the dark and confused.

The public is taken advantage of instead of being cared for.

America has all the resources to fulfill all people’s needs, but are, instead, wasted on the super rich.

I feel that there are some people who really do care about humanity, but there aren’t enough of them to really make a difference.

I hope humanity can evolve soon, for the sake of today’s children and the next generation of children.

I see glimpses of hope in that people are beginning to stand together for what they believe.

I would ask people, what does it really mean, to love?
