LEWISTON — Susan Irene Caron, 67, of Ferry Road, Lisbon, died Friday, April 7, at Central Maine Medical Center after a sudden illness with her family at her side.

She was born in Kennebunk on Nov. 3, 1949, a daughter of the late Earl and Beverly (Bickford) Severance. Susan graduated from Richmond High School in the Class of 1968.

Susan enjoyed crafts, especially sewing and crocheting. She loved her children and grandchildren and treasured time she spent with them. She was loving, gentle and kind; she had a big heart and would do anything for anyone and always put others first. She will be missed by many and for her homemade biscuits.

She leaves behind her three daughters, Rhonda Roy and her husband, Jeffrey, of Biddeford, Sherry Caron of Auburn and Trisha Johnson and her husband, Ryan, of Auburn; her six grandchildren, Cameron, Natalie, Nolan, Tanner, Cooper and Emmett; three sisters, Sheila Gregoire of Brunswick, Nancy Severance of Richmond and Tammy Wallace of Bowdoinham; two brothers, Jeffrey Severance of Richmond, and Earl Severance of Augusta; and many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by a brother, James Severance; and a granddaughter, Jordan Olivia.
