LEWISTON — Constance Mary Barbara Baril Bell, 84, passed away April 8 at Russell Park Rehabilitation and Living Center, surrounded by her loving family.
Connie was born to Arthur and Annette Baril on Dec. 11, 1932, in Lowell, Mass. She was predeceased by her parents; and brothers, Arthur Jr. and James.
Connie is survived by her sister, Janice; and brothers, Kim, Gary and Dean; daughters, Lisa, Lila, Alison, Amanda and Dawn; sons, Glenn, Kenny and Randy; grandbabies, Amy, Jared, Valerie, Marshall, Alton, Gerry Lynn, Tracey, Erica, Mathew, Christopher, Anthony, Roland and Chad; great-grandbabies, Taylor, Payton, Kila, Emily, Josie, Selena, Gwenneth, Olivia, Lillian, Levi, Elise, Lilly, Abigail and Cayden; and one great-great-grandbaby, Harper Lynn.
Connie lived most of her life in Maine with the majority of her family. Connie was a fun-loving, kind and unique individual who brought lots of love and laughter to those around her.
She was a woman of many talents and hobbies, which she passed down through the generations. Some of those talents and hobbies consisted of sewing, quilting, cross-stitching, remodeling interiors and reading.
Connie was full of love, life and laughter, telling her jokes of all kinds, and little quirks. The first thing anyone would tell you about her is that she was a spitfire. She was not shy when it came to her personality, whether she knew you or not.
The family would like to thank the staff of Russell Park Rehabilitation and Living Center and the hospice staff for the hospitality they provided while she was in their care and the friendship they offered to Connie during her stay. It was not unnoticed and was greatly appreciated.
