Many activities at the 33rd Children’s Festival held Saturday at the University of Maine at Farmington were hands-on. Frosting and cookies with lots of sprinkles appealed to children of all ages at the 33rd Children’s Festival held Saturday on the campus of the University of Maine at Farmington.
