AUBURN — Auburn City Council workshop and meeting in Auburn Hall. Workshop at 5:30 p.m. includes a presentation from the Lewiston-Auburn Bike-Ped Committee and discussion on recreational marijuana. Agenda for the 7 p.m. regular meeting includes adopting a tax-acquired property policy.
TUESDAY, Jan. 24
LEWISTON — Immigration Services officers from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services will hold a free open-office session at Lewiston Public Library, 10 a.m. to noon for any individuals with questions about the U.S. immigration process. Drop-ins welcome.
WEDNESDAY, Jan. 25
LEWISTON — Lewiston-Auburn Joint Charter Commission public meeting, 7 p.m. at the Dolard and Priscilla Gendron Franco Center. The commission will present the results of a study into the potential cost savings of a L-A merger, and discuss the timeline toward the vote.
