• A vehicle driven by Dolan Cyr, 24, of Oxford struck a utility pole after passing a plow truck, 11:44 a.m. Monday, Dec. 26, on Montello Street. Cyr’s 2016 Toyota, owned by Rental Car Finance Corp., was towed due to disabling damage.
