PORTLAND — Portland police are investigating an armed robbery that occurred Christmas Eve.

The robbery took place at 460 Riverside St. Two black men with a handgun robbed a woman of her Christmas gifts and fled in a black Volkswagen Jetta toward Westbrook.

Anyone with information on the robbery is encouraged to contact Portland police.
