1948 – 2016
BERLIN, N.H. — Linwood H. Edwards, 68, of Berlin, N.H., passed away on Tuesday, Dec. 13, at home surrounded by his family.
He was born in Lewiston on April 4, 1948, the son of Arlington H. and Rosella Blair Edwards. He married Claire Larrivee.
He had been employed by the City of Auburn for 10 years, Palmer Construction Company for 23 years, he worked on the pipeline for 3 years and had been a truck driver for 2 years. He enjoyed cookouts, fishing, hunting with family, wrestling and Star Trek.
He is survived by his wife of Berlin, N.H.; two sons, Arlington Edwards and Fred Edwards and wife, Judith; a daughter, Denise Berube and husband, Raymond; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; three brothers, Arlington Edwards and wife, Sherri, Steven Edwards and wife, Kelly, and Jeff Fisher; four sisters, Jeanie Trembley and husband, Richard, Arlene Fountaine and husband, Roger, Charlene Wood and husband, Kevin, and Jenny Ouellette and husband, Bert; and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his father, Arlington Edwards; his mother, Rose Rideout; a son, Linwood Edwards; and a sister, Robin Demmons.
