Lily Posternak of York High School was named 2016 Miss Maine Field Hockey on Sunday at the Maine Field Hockey Association’s All-State banquet in Augusta..

Lisbon’s Chase Collier was a semifinalist for the award, along with Kylie Nelson of Belfast.

Posternak, who has committed to play field hockey at Duke University next fall, scored 33 goals this season to finish with 88 career goals. She also had 15 assists for 55 in her career. The Wildcats compiled a 71-1 record during her four-year career, winning her final 54 games and three state titles.
