The Carol Bailey String Band, led by Pat and Jon Bailey of Litchfield under the auspices of the Litchfield Senior Center, is performing a free Christmas concert at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 7, at the Hope Baptist Church, 726 Western Ave. ( Route 202), Manchester. The event is open to the public.
