I write in support of Matthew Roy for the District 58 seat in the Maine House of Representatives.

I am a teacher and a parent of three students in Lewiston, and I consider Lewiston public schools fortunate to have Roy serving the community as a School Board member.

Unlike his opponent, Roy has proven to be a respectful leader who listens in an open and ongoing way, to both teachers and parents. He does significant research in order to make informed decisions and always has the concerns of his constituents guiding him.

He is respectful, kind and professional.

Matthew Roy has earned my respect, my trust and my vote.
