AUBURN — Skelton, Taintor & Abbott shareholder Rebecca Webber, president of the Central Maine Human Resources Association, will be one of the panelists at a discussion on Oct. 18 about post-offer health screenings and fitness for duty evaluations. Along with a physician from WorkMed and a human resources professional, Webber will examine the laws applicable to tests and screenings employers can do, when, and under what circumstances, and ways to reduce the risk of claims and complaints.

Webber’s practice areas include employment litigation, civil rights litigation, employment law, counseling and compliance and employment law training. She has earned the pre-eminent AV-rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
